This forum is moribund and it wouldn't surprise me at all if the owners pull the plug one day soon.
They and the mods try to keep interest by having 'characters' like that blueeyed.handsomeman (or whatever the idiotic character's name is). I assume these 'characters' are supposed to be humorous but I just find them totally cringeworthy.
Let's face it, football forums like this are largely obsolete in this day and age of social media commentary. I wouldn't give a shit if the forum disappeared one day.

The site has indeed become moribund, but only because of the endless political bickering. It doesn't achieve anything and it's very boring. Regular posters all know where each other stand on the political spectrum, and nobody has ever changed their position based on something another poster has written.
It used to be more fun on here. What we need (apart from the football content and amusing personal vendettas) is more threads about humorous stuff. And wasps.
